Currently, we own recognized businesses in Colombia: a Bed and Breakfast created 7 years ago, a Backpackers hostel 14 years ago.

House is for rent (15 year) The lot has 980 mt2 and there are currently a small boutique hotel with 4 luxury rooms with a projected 10 luxury rooms.

The business have to grow and offer more service.
The investment will fund to build 6 luxury rooms, Spa, bar, restaurant, swimming pool. Will be a total of 10 rooms. In addition, rentals of bikes.
