I don't believe there is one in Greece.
I have a 16 year old staying at the moment whilst his mother is at the camp site a mile down the road.
What is the minimum age limit for hostel guests in your country? (unsupervised)
I'm curious if any countries allow people under 18 years old to stay in hostel dorms without parent or guardian supervision.

Thanks... I'm asking because someone said the minimum age at "European hostels" is 18 -- but I'm having trouble believing that all countries in Europe have identical laws about it... :)

For Alberta and would be the rest of Canada it is 18 years of age as that is the age that someone would be covered under contract law. We sometimes enter the grey area for an advance booking with proof that the parent approves but if a 16 year old just shows up at our door (happens every once in a while) we send them off to the Youth Emergency Shelter which happens to be free as well so they don't mind too much.

I doubt many hostels check ID for age, especially independent hostels. If people under 18 feel mature enough to travel then let them do so.

We have a lot of high school students in the summer months of june to august and weekend programs at local training center so a long as parents sign contract that they understand we have had all ages stay. The rules are very strict for anyone under 18 can not stay in mixed dorm room or have or buy drinks or smoke on the property
