I am about to start a new little hostel in Berlin.
I am looking for a lawyer/an accountant in Germany (specifically in Berlin), who will be able to get me through all the bureaucratic process to:
1. Chose/advice the best business entity for a hostel (mini-GmbH or GbR)
2. Set up a company and do all the paper-work
3. Negotiate terms and conditions of the property with a landlord (with my and an architect advice)
4. Help to get all necessary permissions and approvals from Bauamt, Stadtplannung etc. (will be working with the architect).
Also, something I would like to add, the person should speak German and English, have similar experience or know how things work and want to try make work in such project for the first time.
If yourself or you know somebody, who can help me with that, I am free to talk about the salary, estimation times and other terms.
Also, I would like to add, that I am not sure when things will be started, that's why I am looking now the contacts mostly, so I will keep you in mind when things will move from the current stage of a project.
