Considering a partner

I am looking at purchasing a hostel in a European city/town location. I run several successful other businesses in related sectors of adventure travel and adventure activities.

I am looking for locations that can be developed to also feed our adventure activity businesses.

I will not be doing the day to day management of the hostels so will consider working with an experienced partner.

I do this for business reasons so the hostel has to be a business first and not a lifestyle, therefore the numbers have to work.
