London Hostel/Student House

Hello

I'm looking a partner, or partners to help me setup a hostel/student accommodation on Camden Highstreet, London. I will need people who can invest a substantial sum (£100,000+ minimum) with me to create an amazing hostel. Everything is the preliminary stages, but I have found an ideal location and building (subject to price). It's close to all the shops, Tube stations, and walking distance to places like British Museum/Library, London Zoo, Regent's Park and semi-walking distance to Covenant Garden/Leicester Square/Picadilly Circus. It also has good public transport links (see below).

One minor downside is that it's not with in walking distance to London's most popular/hottest tourist attractions, such as Parliament/London Eye areas. But, you are served by the Northern Line, which links into Euston (and that links Victoria/Northern/Overground/National Rail lines). Euston is only a 20 minute walk away. There are also plenty of 24 hour buses going past the building, or a 5 minute walk from it.

Second, I believe the building will need a lot of work to make it a fantastic hostel. But we can spend minimum on the place to get it up and running, then as time goes on, improve the place.
