Excellent Opportunity in Verona

As described in the mail object there is an excellent opportunity in Verona with the aim of achieving a hostel.
Verona is currently the third tourist town of Italy, each year is visited by 1,400,000 people and has about 3.9 million admissions. Tourism in Verona is not limited only to the summer because in winter there are a lot of tourist but also besides adding many appearances for the fairs (on average 3 per month) that lead others 2,000,000 admissions per year to Verona . Our idea is to create a hostel as required by those who want to invest in the city and give it to a serious company with a lease company, we have several building plots near the city center and we have close contacts with local government. We are available to help you with all aspects of start-ups and in the future management structure. Among our collaborators include many guys with experience in various management tasks at large chain of cheap hostels and if needed we could make them available to compose highly professional staff and trained.
In Verona there are only one little hostel always full.
