How many sheets for a bed?

I'll be opening a hostel soon and I would like to know how many sheets I should by for each bed I offer. The hostel will have 50 beds and we intent to wash it all in the hostel. The average stay is around 4-5 days, what's the right number to buy?

2 sets for each bed. Allows one set to be in the wash, while you have a clean set to be used. This also allows for spares and in case you have backlog of sheets.

Would 1.7 "sets of sheets" be ok?

If you're not at maximum occupancy when you start, then you could probably get away with it for a while. I would try to get at least 2 sets per bed as soon as possible though.
