Camino de Santiago - Pilgrims Hostel

My business partner and I are branching out and searching beyond our own finances for experienced investors interested in financing a part of our project.

The plan is to build a hostel for pilgrims on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. The hostel itself is modest in size, with 20 beds and 4-5 double rooms. The bulk of the revenue is generated from the ajoined bar and breakfast spot.

I come to this project with 8 years of experience on all of the primary caminos in Spain, and 7 years of management experience in the Tourism and Hosteling industry. The location has been determined, is structurally sound but in need of rehabilitation, and the seller is in agreement. We have a sound understanding of the competition in surrounding cities and this is one of the last properties which remains along an underdeveloped stretch of the camino.

We are looking for serious investors only, who are interested in matching our 100,000 euro contribution to the project.
