Hostel in Alexandria, Va.

We are looking for a partner for a hostel in Old Town Alexandria just outside Washington D.C. After two years, the mayor and city council have come around and support the idea. We also have a potential building that's already been reviewed by the city. It just need to be brought up to code for transient purposes.
