Partner for Thailand Hostel

Hey all!

I am looking for a business partner to go in with me on a hostel in Thailand. I absolutely love the country and really wanna live there. I want to get a place in Southern Thailand and as close to the beach as I can find. The ideal place would include a living apartment as well. I envision it being a party hostel/ bar. I am 27 year old male from California, USA and am looking for someone close to my age that wants to create a place that all backpackers want to visit.
