Eco/ Glamping hostel in Romania - like-minded people needed

Hi,
I guess like many on here after years of travels I have developed some concrete dreams of running a hostel myself and having saved up some money the time seems right.

My thoughts, flexible to a degree, are as follows:

- eco/ glamping/ hostel related tourism business in Romania, probably around Piatra Craiului national park area, close to Brasov
- so NOT a party hostel but a chill out kind of a place in the mountains, with one or two farm houses, few bell tents/ yurts/ converted gypsy wagons, camp fires, hammocks, that kind of thing
- organise tours in the region, there is lots of scope for mountain biking, hiking, running, as well as some sight seeing (Bran castle is close)
- in the winter there is some scope for snow-shoeing
- trying to attract various european visitors in the summer but also it is close enough for a weekend trip from Bucharest so get some locals too
- also see this as a place for friends and family to come and spend time

From what I know (which is not much) there are a few places for sale in the area, mainly because a lot of young people are moving to the city, so an old farm in the area with some land is going for around 40,000 -50,000 euros.

I have some money to invest and also some friend who 'may' be interested but I have a feeling that when it comes to the crunch they may pull out, so really I'm looking for someone keen to get involved soon, with the idea of buying a place during 2013 to start operating 2014.
