Looking investor to build Surfcamp/ Hostel at small island in Sumatra Indonesia

Hello everyone,
I was working in some resorts and a guesthouse for few years and now I want to open up surfcamp or hostel by my self. I have a land in front of beach at a small island in Mentawai, Sumatra-Indonesia, close to surfing spots and river pathway to Mentawai tribes village. I need about US$31,000 to build complete with bed rooms, kitchen and toilet things, also water and electrical instalation. The land is just next of river pathway on PeiPei island, South Siberut. But now I would not build on the land anymore since carpenter raised up price we've agreed into 250% plus another hassles from local people, etc etc etc. :((
I'll plan to change the location to Enggano island, Bengkulu :)
