I'm bidding on a turnkey bar in Medellin which is connected to a busy hostel

I've just sold my bar/restaurant in California. I've been in heavy contact with the owner of a hostel who wants to sell the adjoining bar. I'm moving there in March with full intent to lease the bar/music venue/restaurant. I could use one partner, preferably working with small capitol. The lease is great and the place is ready to go.

He is just barely breaking even and isn't really in the business. He has a large hostel and not much background in restaurant/food, so getting money in a lease situation saves him the stress of running two businesses. There are other storefronts and businesses connected to the building, which he owns.
I'm actually looking at several bars in Medellin and a beach hostel elsewhere. i land in Medellin March 11th, and will take my time exploring all options. I plan on making a decision on something no later than May
