Partner interest in starting a hostel or has a property in Chamonix, France

Hi my name is Josh Kitson Im a New Zealander that has travelled the globe over the past 3 years working and managing in hostels spaning from New Olreans to San Sebastian, Spain. I have recently been working for a surf travel company and have a business proposal for the right person to open a ski/snowboard hostel in Chamonix.
