Looking partners for opening hostel in Russia

I'm looking for guys, which has experience in hostel business. I planning open hostel 300-1000 sq meters in Moscow, later will make chain.
You can participiate by two ways:
1. Some part of business and investment
2. You knowledges and pay some money to you + rewards if hostel works nice.
