I saw your posting and thought I would contact you as I am entertaining the thought of starting a business in Colombia. In what area of Medellin is the house located? What is the size of the house? What is your vision for the type of hostel you want to start? When are you looking to start work/open the hostel?

I was in Medellin in May, so I know the layout of the city a little bit, but am by no means an expert. I also have built a sizable amount of savings that I would be willing to invest in the right situation.

If you could get back to me with as much information as you have available, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, any pictures you may have of the property would give me a better idea of what we are talking about.
