As a customer service expert with 10 years of experience and an avid traveler with a extensive history of backpacking that spans 17 countries, I am uniquely positioned to fill this gap. 

Through my experiences, both at home and abroad, I've developed skills essential to providing world class service to diverse clientele.  As a former representative of one of the highest rated hostels in the world, and a former guest of countless hostels myself, I have a keen insight into the needs and desires of your guests as well as comprehensive knowledge of emerging hostel trends.  In addition, the knowledge gained from my previous managerial experience, combined with my extensive customer service and leadership training at the worlds most valuable company, will allow me to propel your business to new levels of profitability and guest satisfaction.

I am particularly interested in new construction and renovation projects that are in need of fresh and innovative ideas, and ideally, would like to help design and launch (or relaunch) your hostel before taking over the day-to-day operations, however I am happy to discuss other opportunities. I also have an extensive background in Sustainability and a degree in Environmental Studies if you are interested in incorporating sustainable principles and practices into your business or re-branding as an "Eco-Hostel".
