hostel startup looking for basic software needs

Hello, I am opening a backpackers in the philippines. I am looking for a pos system that can do the following.
1. Basic needs for checkin /checkout of dorms.
2. Something I can attach a reciept printer to.
3. Swipe card access machine.
4. A profiling stats system. Ie. Country, age demographic in a graph form.
5. Not so important but a thumb print for staff starting and ending their shifts.
6. Something relatively cheap as we are a small hostel.

Has anyone got any suggestions or ideas?
