Want to Franchise the Bar at my Hostel (TOP CHOICE IN LONELY PLANET)

I own a hostel in south america (TOP CHOICE IN LONELY PLANET for my city) and want to franchise the bar in it. I am a firm believer of outsourcing. The hostel has 100 beds and usually it has 70% occupancy rate. Average stay is 2-3 nights. Most clients are from USA (30%) England, Australia, Ireland, Canada, Germany and France share 30% too and the rest all over the world. Sales should be US$500/day.
