Looking for business partner for opening up hostel / Boardhouse in London

I am looking for business partner (or investor) for opening up a small hostel or Boardhouse in London. I will be sourcing investment from grants.
I have experience in 5 star hotel industry and housekeeping with organisational skills and my idea is to target travellers and individual boarders for short & longer terms in some cool area. Possibly within a month or two.
The partner should be more into a business side of thing, knowing regulations, be realistic,sorting out house maintenance issues, as i am more into 'womens thing', and be interested in providing great service and leave customers satisfied. i am open to ideas and sugestions.
