Biggest Little City in the World - RENO, NV

Yes and No. I base most of my research on aviation related travel. We were due a London-Gatwick direct Reno to start in December but they, Thomas Cook Airlines, decided to pull out due to the lack of customs support. It was a def. hit to making Reno more of the International airport it could be. I work inthe aviation industry and can see it wasnt there fault but the city's fault . anyways, all my reasearch showed a successful plan except one. the employment of one person 24/7/365 which comes out to be $72,270.00 a year which kills any real profit from an 18 bed hostel. I can not seem to find a loop hole or work around the u.s. labor laws which would drive this kind of payroll. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas which could over come this debt, it would be much apreciated. Thanks for the time and help. If this doesnt plan out, i have other investment ideas to consider.
