Partner/Investor Needed for Hostel in Spain & Possibly Croatia

Current hostel operator of six years seeking investor partner to start hostel in Spain with possible expansion into Croatia eventually. I plan to be in Spain/Croatia searching for real estate opportunities in 2016.
