Seeking business partner for hostel in Punta Arenas Chile area

I'm considering opening a hostel in the Punta Arenas area of Chile. Was there in 2010 and saw a need but just getting more involved in making it happen. Would like to see if there is other interest in the idea.

How much cost are we looking at?

Not sure on the cost. Wanting to start looking at property there and see what things are going to cost. Just in the beginning stages.
