Hello, yes I would be interested in the said deal. But initially I would like to know:-

(1) If you have experience of hostel management?

(2) How much is total investment required apart from the property price mentioned for starting the hostel? Is the price mentioned rental price or purchase price?

(3) Can we discuss further (Location: Budapest, Hungary)

Hello Faisal,

Very good. We are already starting to agree. I was also thinking about 300-500 sqm. The place has been used as an office so there is some furniture there as desks and chairs, which we could negotiate to take it for free or not take it, we dont really need it so much as we will need beds for the most. The beds we will have to buy ourselves.

I put some financial calculations to a possible 300 sqm. place. The business plan is open to your modifications, ideas, suggestions and wishes.

I will invest as well. And i plan that there will be only one other partner, either you if you decide, or another person.
