Hello, I am building a hostel in Berlin and just recently found a perfect location.

What do we have:

- location

- hostel concept (business plan, financial prognosis)

- contacts in city authorities, who knows the project already and ready to work with us

What so we need as soon as possible (and I mean... AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to secure the location):

- Investment
