Looking for investment-managerial partner

Hello,

Im looking for an investor-managerial partner for a potential hostel for sale in HUngary. If there is anyone located in Hungary and has necessary rental accomodation/ hospitality experience, and would be interested in investing and running the business on 50-50 basis, pls let me know.

In this initial period, due diligence is required for the purchase of the business, in that the revenue generation, taxes, competition, pricing, property etc would have to be assessed before the said business can be purcased. 

So if anyone located in the region, preferably Hungary, is interested, pls let me know.
