Looking for manager/investor for guesthouse in Bangkok

Since two years, we are running a successful guesthouse in Bangkok.
We are currently looking for another one in Chiang mai.
We are looking for a manager to take care of Bangkok while we open the other one in Chiang mai.
Ideally you're a couple, you invest minimum 200k baht, you get 25% of benefits every month, food, accommodation and use of all the facilities included. You will not get any part of the company yet.
For the necessary time, you will be trained by the actual manager, then you share shift with him. When you ready to take over, you'll manage the guesthouse alone, you'll get then 35%.
After 1 year or two, there is many possibilities... if you like you can hold 25% or more of the companies as share holder (200k baht minimum).
Or you can continue so, or buy the whole business if you want.

I'm French 40 yo, my girlfriend is from Philippines, I owe the Thai company at 49%, the rest is hold by silent partner 3 Thai people.
This is a small guesthouse, which can be manage by one person, there is a lot of volunteers coming all times to help.
We have 8 rooms in to sell:
1 dormitory 4 bunk beds with AC.
1 quadruple room with AC.
1 triple room with AC.
7 double room. One with AC, 6 with fan.
29 persons can sleep, plus we can add 3 matresses in some room.
There is 5 floors, each one has bathroom and toilet. There is 2 or 3 rooms by floor, the dormitory is at the 5th floor.
1 room has private toilet, there is big common area, rooftop, terrace, private furnished kitchen.
We sell tours, bus tickets, drinks, we make laundry and sometimes breakfast for groups.
Of course there is room for improvement, including extension like restaurant, massage etc... cause we have the place.

We earn 75k to 100k baht every month (we have a record at 140k baht last June).
We spend 40k to 45k baht every month (rent at 32k baht).
