Partner for hostel on Slovenian sea side

Hello everyone.

I am thinking about starting a small hostel on the Slovenian coast, looking for a partner to share 50/50 or something close. I am hoping to buy the property so would be more keen for someone who would be able to afford half a property (or again something close). I am pretty laid back and easy going and would hope the other person is too.

I have done a bit of research and talked to people in Slovenia who has answered many questions but I am open to receive any suggestions or perhaps advice.
