"419ers" are the scammers that send out those emails where General so-and-so wants to transfer millions of dollars into your bank account if you'll just email him your bank account number. They've branched out into many types of advance-fee fraud, including hitting HostelManagement.com with fake forum posts. (I delete the spam as soon as it's posted.)
Have many hostels been getting hit with these kinds of advance fee scams at the front desk? I'm wondering how widespread this scam is with hostels and hotels...

Their newest scam is sending text messages to cellphones in several European countries, saying that you won a Toyota 4x4 in a Kenyan Lottery and in order to claim for, all you have to do is send the duty fee to a bank account...
