Any PMS developed interested in China market?

While hostels are quite a new phenomenon in china, there are possibly more than a thousand hostels in the last 5 years.

In my observations, excel is the most common PMS despite all limitations. It's just flexible and easy. And usually free because of pirated copies.

Most local PMSs aren't tailor made for hostels.
Many foreign PMSs don't seem to support Chinese language, local booking sites (like qunar and qmango. Their booking volume can be even bigger than Hostelworld and booking.com combined)
Cloud-base pms is a great idea but in a country with generally slow and unstable internet (especially when connecting to a server in the west), a client-based computing (with an option to sync over the server) will be much useful.

I am very interested in buying a proper pms in my hostel in china, which is still a virgin market for hostel pms developers. If any developer feels interested at exploring the Chinese market, please contact me.
