Bunk Bed supplier

Not sure where to post this so i'll start here.

Anyone have a great bunk bed supplier that has bunks with curtains and possibly lights built into them?

Apparently no one manufactures such things in the states and we'd like to do better than Ikea bunk beds.

While on the topic of Ikea, has anyone got a track record with their bunk beds. We just installed a few but i'm not sure how durable they will be. Anyone?

Overall we have been extremely satisfied with the beds and customer feedback is honestly overwhelming. Biggest downside is the thing, that we had to assemble all them.. and didnt realize they we organized in the transportation in right order.. so when carried stuff in, we mixed everything and first bed took 6½hrs to build :D after few beds we tracked how fast we can be, and with three guys 11min.. so it wasnt so difficult after all.

But, like i said, pics tell more than words. Beds are 100% our own design (of course some ideas borrowed) and manufactured in Estonia, bought through a Finnish agent.

Comments welcome, after 3 months we are 100% satisfied, but would love to hear your comments as well.

pros:

+opening mechanism in every locker door, so it wont slam. Magnet keeps it closed even without a lock. The lock system in this is added by us, because we had a good dealer for this stuff.

+backboard. absolutely fantastic thing, gives a lot of privacy and saves space. we ordered two kind of beds (or actually 4.. 2 types, left and right handed), but the other is rather useless and there was only a little difference in price.

+heaviness. wont fall or squeek, can carry a big guys as well :)

+simple to assemble

+place for lights and curtains!

+book, -cellphone shelves

cons:

- a shit load of wood.. i will NEVER carry it again.. twice!! :D
- you cant change you mind once a day where you wanna put it.. needs few strong guys to carry it
- we had problems, when we had electric plugs on the walls, and the backboard covered it all.. so dont do same mistake!

Measures are here:

width (bed): 96cm
length (bed): 206cm
backboard height: 230cm

mattress size: 90*200cm

space under bed: 43cm (but the "hole" is 30cm, enough for a large backpack and luggage. This size was possible to change.)

space between beds: 85cm (enough for me, im 186cm tall :) )

any questions let me know. material is easy to keep clean and i say it once more: these beds are HEAVY and will last for a long time.

i dont know if its a secret or not, we paid 550e for the model a (with a half backboard) and 585e for the full backboard model. no tax in EU business, shipping excluded.

For those of you in the US, there seem to be some good suppliers in TX. Haven't dealt with them personally, but just looked at their stuff online. If you are in the market for sturdy wooden beds (which I am looking for) here are some sites that I've found:

I like all 3 of these designs, just have to narrow it down now to best value for the money. I'm thinking the one in the middle would be nice because there is already built in shelves and the drawers could have locks put on them and become lockers...3 in one deal! I just wonder how durable they are?
The first site has the best quality bunks for sure but also the highest price at $699 for a standard twin over twin. Can anybody with more experience tell me if it's worth it to pay that much for beds? We would need to buy 50 of them, which is a quite a large chunk of change...
