Hello,
I'm an aspiring hostel owner looking for the right partner or partners to plan and launch a new hostel.
I don't have experience running a hostel but I do have a lot of professional experience in marketing and business strategy. I have captial ready to invest and willing to work on a business plan immediately.
The type of hostel I'm hoping to launch would be:
- Relaxed (not a party hostel)
- In a beautiful location (possibly on a beach)
- Small to medium size (up to 36 beds)
- Preferrably in Central or South America (although, I'm open to other locations if it's a good opportunity)
Currently I run my own business consulting firm, which I've been doing for the past 5 years. I have time and energy to move on this now, I just need to find the right partner as I think it will me more fun and an amazing journey with someone else.

Im definitely interested - have a varied background - in terms of hospitality Ive worked both back and front of house in restaurants and bistros, with some hotel experience also - mostly part time during high school, uni and on and off throughout my career (im currently on the Board of Directors for a cultural club with a liscensed venue in Sydney as a hobby).
Im an engineer by trade, specifically QA so know all about processes but Ive also relocated a factory from one country to another, overseeing the fitout and permits stages etc so I think I can bring a lot to the table as well. Specifically looking to make a life change and looking specifically where foreigners can own land 100% and also have a business without the need for local partners (although there is a benefit in that in a limited capacity).

I am currently looking for a place in Nigaragua, where I want to build a 100% eco friendly and sustainable hig end hostel or mini hotel , preferrable floating if its possible to find a place. anyways I will like to talk about this if you still are looking for partners
