Good Morning, We are building a state of the art Hostel in Derry (Voted City of Culture 2013) Northern Ireland we are calling it "Ruckshack" - We would love to show you are ideas and share thoughts!!!
Looking for a good place to invest

Just a little more then a year ago I was writing here with a try to find an investment for our hostel, and we actually opened! Moreover, now it’s already time to expand!
So we want to open 2nd hostel somewhere in Europe (we have several ideas about the destinations but any ideas are welcome ) and we are looking for a partner/manager
We need a person with a great idea where to open the hostel, who speaks local language, who probably knows the hostel regulations in the country, and who is just dreaming of managing the hostel but has no money to start.

You may be right. I haven´s been in KV many years, so I don´t know who is going there and who is not. I assume there´s no hostel there because rent is expensive - those russian oligarchs and mafiosi drive prices up...
Still - it´s in all the guidebooks, so I think there could be enough guests to make a hostel work.

As a matter of fact the rent is not that high. Real estate is not crazy over there. Buying property might be a little tricky, rentig though is very ok.

I´m looking for a place to start a hostel in Rio da Janeiro, Brazil, but still need a partner, would you be interested? Rio is a very turistic city all year long and now we have loads of big events coming up, such as Rock in Rio festival, Olympics, Para-Olympics, World Cup.. so for sure would be a profitable option.
I´m guaduated in Tourim, and have a lot of experience working in hostels in Brazil and in Europe, as well as 5 star hotel experience.
