Hi, I'm looking for an investor/business partner to open a hostel in Nicaragua or Costa Rica, I've been living and traveling in these Countrys for more than 2 years. Also i have more than 2 years experience managing hostels and more than 6 years in tourist and service fields.
In Nicaragua I know how to get the licences and permits, also how to create a legal corporation, plus estimates of investment depending on the project.
I have great construction skills.

Here is some extra info:
Leases go from $700 to $1,500 depending on how many rooms it has and how big are the properties, some of the $750 to $900 buildings have between 3 to 5 rooms plus kitchen, patio, 1 or 2 living rooms that can be converted to other rooms.
Monthly utilities are arround $150 (water, electricity, tv & internet)

Hi there, like most other people, I am also interested in these areas to start/purchase a hostel. I would prefer on the beach as there is the added income of making it a surf hostel. That being said, my husband and I are heading out to Costa Rica at the end of February/early March 2016 to look at properties. We are buying a one way ticket as we are unsure as to how long we will be out there. If there are some serious partnership opportunities here, I would love to chat. We only have about $50k at this point to invest (maybe more, come February as we are still saving), but I think this is a good jumping off point to start a discussion. Hi my name is Adrale Holland, I am currently renting a newish 7 bed/4 bath room in Matagalpa, Nicaragua right in the middle of town. I will be turning this place into a hostel with or without a partner but I can certainly see the advantages of teaming up with someone. If this place does alright, I would consider opening up to 3 more places. I´m 37 years old, from Texas but I have a shiny new permanent residency with work rights here, so we can do it fully legit with little legal worries. I'm specifically looking at the San Juan Del Sur area. I've spent some time there over the last few years, made a good contact with a real estate agent, and learned a bit. Finding the right property, for the right price is the initial challenge. I'm looking for a few partners. Hope to hear from some of you.
