What do you do when the front desk cash is under at the end of a shift?

What do you do when the cash is over at the end of a shift?

Should hostels make employees pay for missing cash?

I´ll have to ask Mike first (the guy who will be travelling with me) but I think he´ll be OK with it. He´ll be back in Vienna on Thursday.

The place has a terrace, a huge plus for cig breaks, I hate to go down to the street every time. Mike will love that feature, too.
