It's a shame you didn't learn how to use Charts. One of it's best features is that it can pretty much be customized to anyone's needs. Every time that I need a change made it's usually done within hours of my request. Again, it's a shame that people can't get past what it looks like.
theres a big difference between using at in the backoffice and frontoffice though; customisable and powerful is great, but if you're staff have a hard time learning how to use it then its pointless.
i hated using it on the front desk but then when i started playing with as a manager it started to look good. but i think its more important that such software runs smoothly and easily on the front desk than in my office, so we ditched it.
