Software for taking online bookings

Now all the attempts I have made, our booking engine still looks like the very basic one they have (they customized it for us once already, but it was crap.. lousy copy from our website with links not working). We are now planning to use the basic box as iframe, but it will still look stupid.

That one looks like it was custom programmed, or else heavily customized so that there is no trace of the original company's name.

Barcelonaurbany.com's booking engine is certainly a custom application that makes heavy use of iframes and javascript. This is not usually a problem, but their javascript throws many errors. Just change your browser's script debugging mode on, then view the page to see what we mean. You'll get dozens of script errors popping up. This is not a good thing, and many visitors will be turned away since the page appears unusable in this mode. In short, the coding is broken, and the success rate of bookings will be diminished.

Bottom line, stay clear of booking engine developers who don't thoroughly test their code for multiple browsers.
