Hi All,
All sounds interesting, but have not fund yet, a PMS which can be connected/integrated to a channel manager (instead of to be connected just to few IDS/OTA).
I've just signed up SiteMinder channel manager, but all the PMS already connected to it, are not specific for hostels and/or too expensive for small properties.
Any suggestion?

Try bnbmanger.com or the IWB option above if you are running a hostel both distribute to all the important hostel channels and the PMS can handle beds in dorms not just hotel rooms.

What booking systems offer online payment system integration?
Have a look at Webreserv.eu it is a booking system with online payment integration, the silver account costs 20€ / month and the Gold account 40€ / month. You can trial it for free during one month.

Please have a look at www.chartspms.com - the charts PMS has a fully integrated channel manager to over 40 channels including 2 way XML to Hostelworld or if you prefer to use Siteminder, they also have a Siteminder interface.

I see other engines promote various capabilities that I think are false nirvana's.
